HAND-WRITTEN, AND THE FOUR PAGES ARE THE WHOLE PUBLIC SITE.

  `robots.txt` pointed at `/sitemap-index.xml` — the filename `@astrojs/sitemap`
writes — and that integration is not installed, so the one line telling a
crawler what to fetch asked for a 404.

Four URLs do not need a build step, and a generated sitemap here would be
WRONG rather than merely redundant: every page in this project is prerendered,
so the integration cannot tell the pages that exist to be FOUND from the ones
that exist behind a login. It would list /dashboard and /admin/login, which
send `noindex` precisely so they are not found.

Add a URL here when a crawlable page is added. The dates are edited by hand
when the page's content changes, for the reason privacy.astro states about its
own effective date: a build stamp turns the one field a crawler uses to decide
whether to re-read a page into noise.
